Water filter

If you want to have filtered water when you fill it without having to install a reverse osmosis unit, this is the water filter Purway unit with the 3-fold Filter set Recommended as a cheap yet effective alternative. In addition, a 3-fold holder and a Filter key for changing the filter after around 5,000 liters of throughput, as well as replacement filter set(s) if necessary.

The system is immediately connected downstream of the fresh water inlet. It is suitable for pressurized water up to 8 bar.

Lime can also be removed with this PHA (polyphosphate) filter remove. The filter fits into the above-mentioned unit and can withstand up to 3 bar.

External filter set

The above-mentioned filter set can also be installed on a mobile basis, i.e. not in a motorhome, but in one that can be used on a mobile basis Housing.

Two 3/4″ openings are made in the housing at the level of the filter connections, two corresponding fittings with shut-off devices are screwed in for connecting a Gardena 1/2″ hose system and the mobile filter unit is ready.

A meter of hose connects the filler connection on the RV to the filter outlet, while the filter inlet connects to the water hose on the faucet.

Once the filling process has been completed, the stopcocks are closed, the hose connections are disconnected and the box is stowed away. The water remaining in the filter system is first rinsed out during the next filling process and replaced with fresh water. Only then is the output connection to the motorhome established.

The water that now enters the tank is now largely germ-free (according to the specifications of the filters used). Germs that may arise during storage are protected by an optional UV-C filter killed upon removal.
