Huaier fungus stops spike production

Reading time 6 minutes

Research into the Huaier fungus began with the aim of inactivating the spike protein, as used, for example, by Lectins (proteins that bind specifically to sugar structures (glycans)) and red algae glycans, or even better, to stop spike production.

The protein Griffithsin from the red algae (Griffithsia sp) shows a Strong inhibition of virus entry against several enveloped viruses such as HIV. It binds to terminal mannoses of oligosaccharides and glycans, which are localized on the glycoproteins of the viral envelope. The broad-spectrum antiviral activity has been successfully tested in vitro against several coronaviruses.

However, inactivation of pathogens is only targeted if no new pathogens are produced. However, as the cells continue to express (produce and release) the spike protein, mere inactivation is more like tilting at windmills.

Why is the spike protein harmful?

As the study „Huaier Effects on Functional Compensation with Destructive Ribosomal
RNA Structure after Anti-SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccination
“, the following were

„biological changes were analyzed by total RNA sequencing in normal, healthy volunteers vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and in cancer patients with or without adjuvant Huaier therapy.
Significant destruction of ribosomal RNA structures was observed, which was enhanced by serial injections. In contrast to the destruction caused by chemotherapy with platinum(II) complex*, progressive destruction of the 18S ribosome [Editor's note. ... of 18S rRNA, as the central component of the small ribosomal subunit (40S) in eukaryotic cells] even 6 months after vaccination.“

*These chemotherapeutic agents form metal complexes with the DNA, disrupting its structure and functionality. Cell metabolism comes to a standstill, which means that cell division no longer takes place. They also inhibit the cell's repair mechanisms and lead to apoptosis (cell death). This effect is particularly evident in fast-growing cells.

In addition to the effects described above, the peer review in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons Volume 31 Number 1 Spring 2026 published study „Gene Expression Alterations Induced by mRNA Vaccines„ that three important biological systems

  • Transcriptomics (gene expression)
  • Proteomics (protein production)
  • Genomics (DNA interactions)

are affected. The mRNA technology interacts with the entire molecular architecture of human biology, actively modifying host gene expression networks and influencing metabolism, immune regulation and cellular stress pathways.

The shedding problem

The official (AI-generated) explanation of „What is vaccine shedding“ announces:

„The term „Vaccine shedding“, that is circulating in the public domain is Scientifically untenable
Currently approved COVID-19 vaccines contain not a live virus or spike proteins that could be transmitted.“

However, the highly official Protocol - A PHASE 1/2/3, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED, RANDOMIZED, OBSERVER-BLIND, DOSE-FINDING STUDY TO EVALUATE THE SAFETY, TOLERABILITY, IMMUNOGENICITY, AND EFFICACY OF SARS-COV-2 RNA VACCINE CANDIDATES AGAINST COVID-19 IN HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS from Pfizer, for example, which states, among other things:

8.3.5 Exposure During Pregnancy or Breastfeeding, and Occupational Exposure
Exposure to the study intervention under study during pregnancy or breastfeeding and
occupational exposure are reportable to Pfizer Safety within 24 hours of investigator
awareness. ...

(German translation) Exposure during pregnancy or breastfeeding and occupational exposure
Exposure to the investigational intervention during pregnancy or lactation and occupational exposure must be reported to Pfizer Safety by the investigator within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.

A female family member or healthcare provider reports that she is pregnant after
having been exposed to the study intervention by inhalation or skin contact.

This means that Pfizer assumed a possible risk of transmission via inhalation or skin contact.

... and what Huaier does

„Huaier compensated for these dysfunctions by miRNA-mediated transcriptional control, typical activation in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.“

„Although Huaier does not prevent or influence the viral infection itself, it can be hypothesized that the observed efficacy of Huaier is to control the latent damage caused by the presence of viral particles by down-regulating their production, regardless of the dose (3 g to 60 g per day).“

„The Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines contain mRNA encoding the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. The present study has shown that when injected, the vaccines deliver the mRNA to the cells, which not only produce copies of the expected spike protein, but also promote spontaneous virion production. Normal individuals then eliminate the foreign genetic material within a few days, but these virions persisted for 3-6 months.
The administration of Huaier led to a significant downregulation of these virion particles, independent of the Huaier dose.“

Huaier source of supply

Now that Huaier extract with 32% polysaccharides has been approved as an official cancer drug in China, it is sold in pharmacies in Europe under the PZN 19253502 - albeit with 30% polysaccharides - as a dietary supplement.

One distributor offers the „study version“ of the extract with 32% Polysaccharides - for legal reasons - „for scientific purposes“.

dosage

The studies show a relative independence of the dosage from 3g/d in connection with the observed effect.

The following specific information can be used as a guide when determining the dose:

Laboratory diagnostics

In connection with injections of the various preparations that were and are in circulation in the course of the SARS-CoV issue, questions often arise regarding the associated laboratory parameters.

Procedure

All the procedures listed are generally not covered by health insurance unless a medically necessary indication is certified by the attending physician.

ELISA - Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay

This method, which is less sensitive than other cost-effective, specific methods, uses microtiter plates coated with SARS-CoV-2 antigens (e.g. spike or nucleocapsid protein). After incubation of the blood sample, specific antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA) bind to the antigens. An enzymatic reaction produces a color change, which is measured photometrically. The results are often qualitative (positive/negative) or semi-quantitative in units such as U/mL or BAU/mL indicated.

CLIA - Chemiluminescence Immunoassay

Similar to ELISA, CLIA uses a chemiluminescence-based detection system instead of a color change. The signals are detected with more sensitive and specific devices and usually provide quantitative results in BAU/mL.

ECLIA - Electrochemiluminescence Immunoassay

One very sensitive, specific and standardized form of CLIA based on electrochemiluminescent markers. The results are presented in U/mL where a conversion factor (e.g. Roche U/mL ≈ 0.972 × BAU/mL) enables correlation with the WHO standard. ECLIA is used for the quantification of Anti-S(pike) antibodies used.

PRNT (Plaque Reduction Neutralization test)

Very time-consuming, expensive procedure for direct detection neutralizing antibody (the ability of antibodies to block the virus in cell cultures). PRNT delivers Quantitative results in neutralization units (NT50) and serves as best indicator for functional immunity.

BAU value (antibodies)

The BAU value (Binding Antibody Units) was standardized by the WHO in 2021 (NIBSC 20-136) and represents the concentration the neutralizing (they prevent cell binding, membrane fusion and stop infection) and non-neutralizing antibody (they mark the virus, activate phagocytes and the complement system) against SARS-CoV-2 IgG in the blood per ml.

Values of less than around 300 BAU/ml are an indication of a past infection, values above this (up to the 10,000 range) indicate injections from various manufacturers of gene therapies.
Antibodies, even in very high concentrations, have no negative effects.

The value can be none Conclusion on immunity!

The determination of SARS-CoV-2-IgG (Immunoglobulin G) is according to KBV information a Cash benefit (billing code 88240).

The determination of SARS-CoV-2-IgA (Immunoglobulin A) is not covered by health insurance and can only be billed privately (€ 29.73 per antibody).
In exceptional cases, given indications, such as immunodeficiency, chronic susceptibility to infection or IgA deficiency disease, the health insurance company may cover the costs.

Anti-N value / Anti-S value

The value for antibodies against the nucleocapsid protein (N protein) makes it possible to distinguish between an infection with SARS-CoV-2 or a gene therapy received.

Is Anti-N protein antibody positive, If the N-protein is not produced, it can be assumed that the patient has had an infection, because the N-protein is only produced as a result of an infection, not an injection of gene therapy.

Is Anti-N protein antibody negative, no natural infection was experienced.

Is Anti-S protein antibody positive, antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 are present, both after natural infection and after gene therapy.

Is Anti-S protein antibody negative, no SARS-CoV-2 antibodies are present, i.e. no natural infection has been experienced and no gene therapy has been administered.

It follows from this that the BAU value alone cannot distinguish between vaccination and infection, but only the additional evaluation of the anti-N and anti-S(pike) parameters provides clarity about the origin of the antibodies.

These tests are not covered by health insurance, unless there is a clinical suspicion of a current or recently recovered COVID-19 disease with negative direct pathogen detection (PCR test).

T-cell activity

T cells (T lymphocytes) are white blood cells that are produced in the bone marrow and are found in the Thymus mature. As central players in the acquired (adaptive) immune system they recognize specific antigens via their T-cell receptor (TCR), which is bound to MHC molecules (Major Histocompatibility Complex), glycoproteins on the cell surface for friend or foe recognition) binds to antigen-presenting cells (MHC restriction).

Main subgroups and functions:

  • CD8+ cytotoxic T cells
solve with Virus-infected or tumorous cells apoptosis (cell death).
  • CD4+ T helper cells (Th)
control the immune response through cytokine production
(Cytokines are Messenger substances (mostly proteins), which are produced by cells of the immune system (T cells, macrophages) and other cells of the body and which belong to the intercellular communication serve)
    - Th1 - Activates macrophages (intracellular pathogens)
    - Th2 - supports B cells in the production of antibodies (allergies, parasites)
(B cells differentiate into B memory or plasma cells. B memory cells are for the humoral immunity and differentiate into antibody-producing plasma cells upon renewed contact with the pathogen).
    - Th17 - Promotes inflammation (extracellular bacteria, fungi)
    - Tfh - helps with B-cell activation in lymph nodes
  • Regulatory T cells (Treg)
suppress immune reactions and prevent Autoimmunity (attack of the body's own structures)
  • T memory cells
are responsible for the cell-mediated immunity and store properties of pathogens in order to be able to react more quickly in the event of repeated infection.

activation

T cells are produced in secondary lymphoid organs by Antigen-presenting cells (APC) is activated when the TCR recognizes the appropriate antigen-MHC complex and a co-stimulation signal (e.g. B7-CD28) is present, which only occurs later after infection and maintains the immune response.

T-cell activity values

  • Higher values (more spots and cytokine-producing cells, as well as higher IFN-γ concentration)
indicate a stronger, antigen-specific T cell activity there.
  • T-cell responses are often longer detectable as antibody
  • The value provides information about the Functionality of the cellular immune system, especially in immunosuppressed individuals in whom antibody responses may be weak.

Procedure

All subsequent procedures represent not covered by health insurance and must be agreed individually with the laboratory.

ELISpot (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot)

Very sensitive method that enables the quantification of functional T cells that, following antigen stimulation (e.g. SARS-CoV-2 peptides), produce a cytokine such as Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) production.
Each spot-forming cell corresponds to an activated, antigen-specific T cell.
The process provides No information on the cell phenotype (e.g. CD4+ vs. CD8+).

Flow cytometry with intracellular cytokine measurement (ICS)

After antigen stimulation, T cells are fixed and permeabilized in order to Intracellular staining of cytokines such as IFN-γ, TNF-α or IL-2. In contrast to ELISpot, surface markers (e.g. CD3, CD4, CD8) can be analyzed, which makes the phenotypic characterization of the responding cells (e.g. „CD8+ T cells produce IFN-γ“) and the analysis of several parameters simultaneously.

CD25 (interleukin-2 receptor α chain) is a Early activation marker (already 1-2 days after activation detectable) and indicates that T cells expect the IL-2 signal in order to proliferate (divide) and differentiate (depending on their function).

HLA-DR is considered later activation marker (activation after several days following immunostimulation) and shows a Prolonged or chronic activation of the cellular immune system (typical for persistent infections, active autoimmune diseases or transplant rejections).

IGRA (Interferon-gamma release assay)

shows the strength of the T-cell response as Total concentration of IFN-γ in plasma in IU/mL after stimulation of blood cells with antigens (e.g. QuantiFERON® SARS-CoV-2).
