Channeling, energy and angel work are synonymous with building a communication channel into the “spiritual world”, receiving messages from a spiritual being, light being / angel (Archangel Michael), deceased or “ascended master” when your own thoughts have faded into the background, for example through trance. It is said that there is an expansion of consciousness and an increase in vibration.
Contacting the deceased via a medium in which the person concerned receives information from the deceased is particularly popular, especially when it contains content that was only known to the deceased and the person seeking advice.
There does not necessarily have to be a human medium on the other side as an aid; so-called angel cards can also be used to establish a connection.
Images, voices or feelings received in this way should provide an indication of where changes are coming and answers to questions. Communication with the animal soul should also be possible in order to find out what moves it (animal-soul communication).
Telephone or written channeling is also offered. Through the “wise and loving words” of the “beings of light” one should gain strength. For this purpose, you are connected medially to the person who is doing the channeling.
The prices for using such services are around 70 to 80 euros for one or two questions.
What's behind it?
At first, such offers sound very tempting. Especially in this day and age of increasing mutual disinterest, it is good to hear about love, understanding and advice from higher authorities.
The reference to angels, God's power, etc. only bodes well. Archangel Michael (Greek ἀρχάγγελος - Michael), as the merciful and long-suffering one, and also the only archangel mentioned in the Bible, rounds off the positive opinion. And if it still helps, then why not?
Who are the angels? Hebrews 1:14 says, “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to serve on behalf of those who are to inherit salvation[8]?(Schlachter translation)
How many angels are there? Here we read in Revelation 5:11: “And I looked, and I heard a voice of many angels round about the throne, and about the living creatures, and the elders; and their number was ten thousand times ten thousand, and a thousand times a thousand;(Schlachter translation)
Can angels take human form? Hebrews 13:2 speaks to believers: “Don't neglect hospitality; for through them some have harbored angels without their knowledge.(Schlachter translation)
Are there evil angels (demons)? Ephesians 6:12 exhorts Paul: “for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual [powers] of wickedness in the heavenly [regions].(Schlachter translation)
Where do the evil angels (demons) come from? John says about this in Revelation 12:9: “And so the great dragon was thrown down, the old serpent, called the devil and Satan, who deceiveth the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.(Schlachter translation)
Where do the evil angels come from? Matthew writes in Matthew 25:41: “Then he will also say to those on the left: Depart from me, you accursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.(Schlachter translation)
Let's summarize: They are ministering spirits in enormous numbers who can take human form; they are supposed to protect people (Psalm 91, 11-12), save people from danger (Psalm 34, 8), and implement God's will (Psalm 103, 20-21) and are God's ambassadors (Luke 2:9-10). There are good and bad angels, the latter are called demons, who will eventually be thrown into eternal fire along with Satan.
Now we ask ourselves, where do the “wise and loving words” come from? Do they come from angels or demons?
Here is a small incident from Paul, described by him in Acts 16:16-18: “16 But it happened as we were going to pray that we met a maid who had a spirit of divination and who brought great profit to her masters through divination. 17 They followed Paul and us, shouted and said: These men are servants of the Most High God, who tell us the way of salvation! 18 And she did this for many days. But Paul became indignant and turned around and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And he went out that same hour.(Schlachter translation)
So there have always been spirits of fortune-telling that people used profitably, regardless of their truth content. It is the same today in many different shades. What they all have in common, however, is the source: demons. That's why those affected can hardly find peace or even peace of mind, nor a solution to their worries or problems.
Angels work without our intervention, without any request. They can appear in human form, never demand anything in return, act on God's command for the good of people, possibly visibly and with supernatural powers.
Demons, on the other hand, allow themselves to be asked and grant the desired performance, e.g. an excessive increase in performance (only a few hours of sleep) with a greatly reduced food intake (fasting for months), but then do the “bill” afterwards, i.e. they put a strain on the person and cause them to become depressed and often lead him to addiction or suicide. They present false facts, mislead people,
„for Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light.(Schlachter translation), as Paul warns in his second letter to the Corinthians 11:14.
Regarding the questioning of the dead, Isaiah 8:19 provides information: “But when they say to you: Ask the necromancers and soothsayers who whisper and murmur! — [then answer them]: Let not a people inquire of their God, or should one kill the dead question for the living?(Schlachter translation)
The way out...
... is obvious: every problem and every concern, no matter how insignificant and small, should be addressed directly to the right address, as Matthew 11:28 shows: “Come to me, all of you, which you are laborious and burdened with If you are, I will refresh you!„
