Sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 <em>Bacillus subtilis<\/em> (tunnetaan my\u00f6s nimell\u00e4 hein\u00e4bakteeri; grampositiivinen, anaerobinen kasvu) aiheuttaa kypsennettyjen soijapapujen k\u00e4ymisen, jolloin syntyy muun muassa nattokinaasia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00e4yminen tuottaa noin 124 kertaa enemm\u00e4n <em>K2-vitamiini<\/em>vitamiineja <em>B-vitamiinikompleksi<\/em>seriiniproteaaseihin kuuluva fibrinolyyttinen ja amylolyyttinen entsyymi. <em>Nattokinaasi<\/em>antibakteeriset aineet Escherichia colia ja Helicobacter pylori -bakteeria vastaan. <em>Dipikoliinihappo<\/em>polysakkaridi <em>Levan<\/em> ja <em>Ammoniakki<\/em>mutta sen pitoisuus ei kuitenkaan saisi ylitt\u00e4\u00e4 0,2 % maun vuoksi. Muut tunnistamattomat ainesosat est\u00e4v\u00e4t solunsis\u00e4ist\u00e4 viestint\u00e4\u00e4 ja voivat osaltaan ehk\u00e4ist\u00e4 sy\u00f6p\u00e4solujen muodostumista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osa <em>Nattokinaasi<\/em> tutkijat omistivat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9458005\/?utm_source=substack&amp;utm_medium=email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tutkimus<\/a> elokuulta 2022, joka julkaistiin National Library of Medicine - National Center of Biotechnology Information -julkaisussa ja osoitti muun muassa, ett\u00e4 entsyymi <em>Nattokinaasi<\/em> pystyy hajottamaan SARS-CoV-2:n piikkiproteiinia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lis\u00e4tietoja on saatavilla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/article\/10.3390\/molecules27175405\/s1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4<\/a> ladattavissa.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Natt\u014d on perinteinen japanilainen ruokalaji, joka valmistetaan keitetyist\u00e4 soijapavuista.
