Symptoms similar to flu have been increasing recently. You feel weak, have a headache, aching limbs, a sore throat, fever...
Covid-19 tests give a positive result. This despite triple vaccination with the known mRNA therapeutics. Before mid-2019, very few people who fell ill had had the flu frequently, apart from a simple cough and runny nose.
Many theories are doing the rounds. However, laboratory values are the safest. They provide a clear picture of what is happening in the body.
However, health insurance companies do not pay for such differential diagnostic examinations unless the patient is already being treated for AIDS, cancer or similar diseases that require routine assessment of the immune status.
In total, all the necessary values come to around 300 euros.
The following tests are recommended (values marked with ! are significantly lower in those who have been vaccinated several times):
- CD profile (CD = cluster of differentiation) – (lymphocyte differentiation)
- CD3 – T cells total
- Standard value: (m/w) 600 – 3100/ul (61 – 85%)
- Function: Induction and regulation of cellular immune defense, cellular defense, carry antigens on the cell surface
- CD19 – B lymphocytes
- Standard value: (m/w) 90 – 660/ul (6 – 25%)
- Function: Humoral immune response, expression and release of immunoglobulins, production of immunoglobulins (antibody formation)
- ! – CD16/56 – Natural killer cells
- Standard value: (m/w) 50 – 1050/ul (5 – 30%)
- Function: Innate immune defense, lyse infected cells and tumor cells in an antigen-non-specific manner, form e.g. cytokines and chemokines in inflammatory processes
- activated T lymphocytes
- Standard value: (m/w) < 400/ul (< 10%)
- Function: antigen presentation
- CD4 – helper T cells
- Standard value: (m/w) 410 – 1590/ul (31 – 60%)
- Function: Part of the cellular immune system
- ! – Suppr./cytotoxic T cells CD6 positive
- Standard value: (m/w) 200 – 1750/ul (21 – 39 %)
- Function: Regulatory T cells, detect foreign cells and, if necessary, activate other immune system functions for elimination
- Cytotoxically activated T lymphocytes
- Standard value: (m/f)?
- Function: Destruction of target cells
- ! – IFN-g (TH1)
- Standard value: (m/f) 374 – 1660/ul
- Function: release immune messengers, eliminate intracellular pathogens
- ! – IL-4 (TH2)
- Normal value: (m/f) 28 – 141/ul
- Function: immunoregulatory, defense against extracellular pathogens
