Proto jste r\u00e1di, kdy\u017e je konec pracovn\u00edho dne, d\u011bti jsou ulo\u017eeny v posteli a vy si m\u016f\u017eete poprv\u00e9 za den vydechnout. Je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e je v\u00edkend kone\u010dn\u011b za rohem a vy si m\u016f\u017eete s rodinou odpo\u010dinout nebo se na p\u00e1r hodin v\u011bnovat sv\u00e9mu kon\u00ed\u010dku, zat\u00edmco si d\u011bti hraj\u00ed s d\u011btmi sv\u00fdch kamar\u00e1d\u016f. Nebo kdy\u017e si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ed span\u00edm naj\u00edt p\u00e1r minut a prost\u011b se jen tak d\u00edvat na hv\u011bzdnou oblohu, \u010dichat v\u016fni jedle na zahrad\u011b nebo t\u0159eba pozorovat sv\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed mazl\u00ed\u010dky, jak spolu komunikuj\u00ed, hraj\u00ed si, \u010de\u0161ou se, \u0161k\u00e1dl\u00ed se, hraj\u00ed si na hon\u011bnou atd....<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto p\u0159est\u00e1vky n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed na\u010derpat s\u00edly pro ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u00fakoly, zabr\u00e1nit vyho\u0159en\u00ed, zabr\u00e1nit tomu, aby na\u0161e t\u011blo zat\u00e1hlo za z\u00e1chrannou brzdu z d\u016fvodu vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo dokonce vy\u0159azen\u00ed z ob\u011bhu na del\u0161\u00ed dobu s infarktem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cas od \u010dasu se v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee v t\u011bch opravdu klidn\u00fdch a bla\u017een\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch, kdy si dob\u00edj\u00edte baterky, v\u00e1s napadne: \"Nem\u011bl bych vlastn\u011b d\u011blat to \u010di ono, m\u00edsto abych se d\u00edval na d\u00edry ve vzduchu tady?\" nebo \"Je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, \u017ee si tady u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m sv\u00e9ho kon\u00ed\u010dka?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_sagt_die_Bibel\"><\/span>Co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Bible?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Snad ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u017e sly\u0161el r\u010den\u00ed \"Ora et labora!\", co\u017e znamen\u00e1 \"Modli se a pracuj!\". Je to leitmotiv k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9ho \u017eivota, kter\u00fd se vyvinul v pozdn\u00edm st\u0159edov\u011bku a vystihuje benediktinsk\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota. Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed \u017eivot, kter\u00fd byl relativn\u011b izolovan\u00fd od okoln\u00edho sv\u011bta, se omezoval na pr\u00e1ci a modlitbu, a proto m\u011bl b\u00fdt voln\u00fd \u010das vypln\u011bn \u010detbou Bible, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo \"zah\u00e1lce\", jak napsal Benedikt z Nursie: \"Zah\u00e1lka je nep\u0159\u00edtelem du\u0161e.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdyby Adam a Eva poslouchali Bo\u017e\u00ed slovo a nev\u011b\u0159ili na\u0161ept\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed Satana, protivn\u00edka, mohli jsme si je\u0161t\u011b dnes u\u017e\u00edvat r\u00e1je a slovo \"pr\u00e1ce\" by n\u00e1m pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b z\u016fstalo nezn\u00e1m\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohu\u017eel to dopadlo jinak a my se mus\u00edme \u017eivit prac\u00ed. To jsme si v \u017eivot\u011b dostate\u010dn\u011b internalizovali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed k\u0159es\u0165an\u00e9 si tak\u00e9 uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee bychom m\u011bli b\u00fdt v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm kontaktu s Bohem, abychom zakusili jeho radu, \u017ee ho chceme prosit o v\u0161echno, co n\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1m chce d\u00e1t v\u00edc, ne\u017e pot\u0159ebujeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Modlete se a pracujte<\/em> by proto nem\u011bla z\u016fstat ot\u00e1zkou. Ale co volno v pr\u00e1ci, dom\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, p\u00e9\u010de o d\u011bti a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edho? D\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m Bible odpov\u011b\u010f i na toto t\u00e9ma?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo zn\u00e1 Boha, spr\u00e1vn\u011b p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee B\u016fh k tomu zaujal stanovisko i v Bibli, ale jen velmi z\u0159\u00eddka o tom usly\u0161\u00edte p\u0159i bohoslu\u017eb\u00e1ch, biblick\u00fdch studi\u00edch nebo jin\u00fdch akc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pust\u00edme se tedy do hled\u00e1n\u00ed a jako p\u0159\u00edklad uvedeme dv\u011b biblick\u00e9 pas\u00e1\u017ee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1 Korintsk\u00fdm 10, 31<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \"<em>A\u0165 u\u017e tedy j\u00edte, pijete nebo d\u011bl\u00e1te cokoli, v\u0161e d\u011blejte k Bo\u017e\u00ed cti.<\/em>\u201e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a vyjad\u0159uje tak hlavn\u00ed k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fd postoj, toti\u017e zam\u011b\u0159it cel\u00fd sv\u016fj \u017eivot - i p\u0159i ka\u017edodenn\u00edch, zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ban\u00e1ln\u00edch \u010dinnostech, jako je j\u00eddlo a pit\u00ed - na Boha a t\u00edm ho uct\u00edvat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echny \u010diny by nakonec m\u011bly b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota, kter\u00fd se l\u00edb\u00ed Bohu. V\u00fdzvu d\u011blat v\u011bci \"\u010derstv\u011b\" lze ch\u00e1pat tak\u00e9 jako slu\u017ebu, kter\u00e1 ct\u00ed Boha a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 druh\u00fdm lidem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kazatel 9:10<\/em> rad\u00ed \"<em>Cokoli, co m\u00e1\u0161 ud\u011blat, ud\u011blej \u010derstv\u011b.<\/em>\u201e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a je v\u00fdzvou k energi\u010dnosti, smyslu pro zodpov\u011bdnost a odpov\u011bdnosti. <em>Joie de vivre<\/em> - ve sv\u011btsk\u00fdch i duchovn\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitostech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Joie de vivre<\/em> je dar od Boha, kter\u00fd vych\u00e1z\u00ed z v\u00edry, vd\u011b\u010dnosti, nad\u011bje a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u017eivota na Boha. Nen\u00ed pom\u00edjiv\u00e1, ale hluboce zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00e1 a nese n\u00e1s i v t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch. Joie de vivre znamen\u00e1 rozpoznat \u017eivot v jeho plnosti jako Bo\u017e\u00ed d\u00edlo a u\u017e\u00edvat si ho s vd\u011b\u010dnost\u00ed, pokojem a d\u016fv\u011brou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvky biblick\u00e9 radosti ze \u017eivota jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad tyto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spole\u010denstv\u00ed s Bohem:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skute\u010dn\u00e1 radost poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze vztahu s Bohem. \u017dalmista \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v <em>\u017dalm 16:11<\/em>: <em>\"Ukazuje\u0161 mi cestu k \u017eivotu. V tv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti je plnost radosti a pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed po tv\u00e9 pravici nav\u011bky.\"<\/em> <br>B\u016fh s\u00e1m je zdrojem radosti ze \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vd\u011b\u010dnost:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Joie de vivre<\/em> poch\u00e1z\u00ed z rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed a ocen\u011bn\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00edho po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00ed. Pavel vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 k 1. <em>Tesalonick\u00fdm 5:16-18<\/em> na toto: <em>\"V\u017edy se radujte, bez ust\u00e1n\u00ed se modlete, ve v\u0161em bu\u010fte vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed, nebo\u0165 to je Bo\u017e\u00ed v\u016fle v Kristu Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161i pro v\u00e1s.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00edr a d\u016fv\u011bra:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radost roste, kdy\u017e d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujete Bohu a zakou\u0161\u00edte jeho pokoj. Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v <em>Jan 15:11<\/em><br><em>\"To jsem v\u00e1m \u0159ekl, aby m\u00e1 radost z\u016fstala ve v\u00e1s a va\u0161e radost byla \u00fapln\u00e1.\"<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slu\u017eba a komunita:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radost pramen\u00ed tak\u00e9 ze slu\u017eby druh\u00fdm a \u017eivota ve spole\u010denstv\u00ed. Pavel p\u00ed\u0161e v <em>\u0158\u00edman\u016fm 12:15<\/em> <em>\"Radujte se s raduj\u00edc\u00edmi a pla\u010dte s pla\u010d\u00edc\u00edmi.\"<\/em>  Sd\u00edlen\u00ed radost\u00ed a strast\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi obohacuje \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nad\u011bje na v\u011b\u010dnost:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radost k\u0159es\u0165ana je neodd\u011bliteln\u011b spojena s nad\u011bj\u00ed na v\u011b\u010dn\u00fd \u017eivot (<em>\u0158\u00edman\u016fm 14:17<\/em>):<br><em>\"V\u017edy\u0165 Bo\u017e\u00ed kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed nen\u00ed j\u00eddlo a pit\u00ed, ale spravedlnost, pokoj a radost v Duchu svat\u00e9m.\"<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nez\u00e1vislost na okolnostech:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Joie de vivre<\/em> nen\u00ed v\u00e1z\u00e1na na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prosperitu nebo \u00fasp\u011bch. Pavel \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 z v\u011bzen\u00ed v <em>Filipsk\u00fdm 4:4<\/em>: <em>\"Radujte se v P\u00e1nu v\u017edycky, znovu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, radujte se!\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od \u010dist\u011b sv\u011btsk\u00e9 nebo povrchn\u00ed radosti se tedy li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee je nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch okolnostech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se tedy sm\u00edme radovat, ba m\u011bli bychom(!), m\u011bli bychom to d\u011blat tak, \u017ee vd\u011b\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ijmeme Bo\u017e\u00ed dar radosti a nedovol\u00edme protivn\u00edkovi, aby n\u00e1s nutil c\u00edtit se provinile a tuto Bohem darovanou radost po\u0161pinil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u016fh m\u00e1 z\u00e1jem na tom, abychom byli spokojen\u00fdmi, \u0161\u0165astn\u00fdmi a radostn\u00fdmi lidmi, a tak p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161eli do sv\u011bta jeho dobrotu a l\u00e1sku se z\u00e1\u0159iv\u00fdm \u00fasm\u011bvem. Proto n\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti k odpo\u010dinku, a\u0165 u\u017e p\u0159i hudb\u011b, malov\u00e1n\u00ed, fotografov\u00e1n\u00ed, kontaktu se zv\u00ed\u0159aty a rostlinami. Jsme-li vyrovnan\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme plnit \u00fakoly, kter\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1m ulo\u017eeny, proto\u017ee jsme zdrav\u00ed a m\u00e1me na to s\u00edlu, ani\u017e bychom se p\u0159et\u011b\u017eovali a naru\u0161ovali sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u016fh n\u00e1m tedy v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nekaz\u00ed radost; ve skute\u010dnosti n\u00e1s jasn\u011b vyz\u00fdv\u00e1, abychom m\u011bli ze \u017eivota radost! Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee se ve v\u00fdb\u011bru p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed radost, omezujeme na ty, kter\u00e9 nejsou v souladu s Jeho hodnotami, bychom nem\u011bli nijak zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zd\u016fraz\u0148ovat ...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ein_Beispiel_aus_meinem_Leben\"><\/span>P\u0159\u00edklad z m\u00e9ho \u017eivota<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na gymn\u00e1ziu jsem \u010dasto pro\u017e\u00edval frustraci, kterou jsem si vyb\u00edjel hrou na klav\u00edr. Vlastn\u011b jsem m\u011bl(!) cvi\u010dit dan\u00e9 skladby. A pr\u00e1v\u011b toto cvi\u010den\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e kv\u016fli tomu, nebo kv\u016fli \u0161kole, bylo momentem, kter\u00fd mi v\u0161echno zni\u010dil.<br>\"Chlapec by se m\u011bl m\u00edt l\u00e9pe ne\u017e my, rodi\u010de\" je sice u\u0161lechtil\u00fd motiv, ale nejen\u017ee se m\u00edj\u00ed se zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00fdm c\u00edlem, zejm\u00e9na pokud neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 - alespo\u0148 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b - z\u00e1jm\u016fm d\u00edt\u011bte, ale tak\u00e9 pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b velmi zt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed jeho budoucnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soused\u00e9 v panel\u00e1ku byli v\u017edy nad\u0161en\u00ed a \u010dasto se ptali m\u00e9 matky, co to bylo za skladbu, ale v\u0161echno to byly improvizace, kter\u00e9 prost\u011b odr\u00e1\u017eely m\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed rozpolo\u017een\u00ed. N\u011bkdy byly v mollov\u00e9 t\u00f3nin\u011b, n\u011bkdy v durov\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy se ob\u011b t\u00f3niny m\u00edchaly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvorba hudby - svobodn\u00e1 - byla pro m\u011b v\u00fdchodiskem, jak se l\u00e9pe vyrovnat s \u00farovn\u00ed stresu. Pot\u00e9, co jsem improvizacemi p\u0159isp\u011bl k radosti soused\u016f, jsem v tomto ohledu dokonce ud\u011blal dobr\u00fd skutek. Tehdy jsem si to ale neuv\u011bdomoval a ani jsem o tom nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel. Jist\u00e9 bylo jen to, \u017ee toto muzic\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed nebylo v z\u00e1jmu m\u00e9 matky, i kdy\u017e nev\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee skladby, kter\u00e9 jsem cvi\u010dil, nehraji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee vyvstat ot\u00e1zka, zda tato hra byla v Bo\u017e\u00ed prosp\u011bch.
