Nejprve jsme identifikovali 678 studi\u00ed a po kontrole na\u0161ich krit\u00e9ri\u00ed pro za\u0159azen\u00ed jsme zahrnuli 44 prac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 obsahovaly 325 pitevn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f a jeden nekroptick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad. T\u0159i l\u00e9ka\u0159i nez\u00e1visle na sob\u011b p\u0159ezkoumali v\u0161echna \u00famrt\u00ed a ur\u010dili, zda o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed vakc\u00ednou COVID-19 bylo p\u0159\u00edmou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed nebo k n\u011bmu v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011blo.&nbsp;<br><br>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed: Nejv\u00edce zapojen\u00fdm org\u00e1nov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u00famrt\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s vakc\u00ednou COVID-19 byl kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m (53%), n\u00e1sledovan\u00fd hematologick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem (17%), respira\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem (8%) a v\u00edce org\u00e1nov\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my (7%).
